Lisa is the founder of Earthy Angels. She has always been passionate about guiding people in a holistic way through yoga, pilates and fitness. Her purpose is to show you how to unleash your true power and potential through integration of body, mind and soul. To teach you how to care for, love and appreciate your body and connect with your authentic self and your soul’s deepest desires. Also a qualified PT Lisa loves all things health, wellness and fitness.

Samii Blundell

Samii Blundell

Samii, also a Naturopath has a desire to educate the individual to learn to listen and respect their own bodies innate ability to heal. Originally drawn to yoga as a way to keep fit and healthy after being an ex-dancer. However, after first practicing her focus and attraction to yoga changed quite dramatically. Samii discovered the affects her practice had mentally and emotionally, which became so much more important, on and off the mat.

Tania Fleming

Tania Fleming

Tania’s yoga journey started out in hopes to ease hip discomfort after pregnancy but soon gifted her with so much more both mentally and physically. Leaving Tania with an eagerness to learn more about the practice and philosophy of yoga. Her purpose is to uplift and inspire her students. To encourage them to live mindfully and truthfully, both on and off the mat. Teaching you to balance and connect the body, mind and breath. Creating space free from blockages physically and mentally, finding inner peace and appreciation for life.

Vanja Bell

Vanja Bell

Vanja has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for 10. Her practice began due to a back injury and yoga helped her through rehabilitation. Vanja believes yoga saved her life and she wants to share what she’s learned about how to become more aware of the body’s own healing power with the help of movement, breathing and self awareness. Vanja will guide you on a journey through yourself on a physical, mental and energetic level.

Christine Rossouw

Christine Rossouw

Fourteen years ago Christine found yoga and fell in love. After seeing tangible results in her own life and the lives of others, physically mentally, emotionally, spirituality. Christines journey eventually led into wanting to share the profound healing and transformational power of yoga with others by becoming a teacher. With a deep passion for yogic philosophy and the practices of yoga asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, Christine feels honoured to be able to share the gift of yoga, guiding fellow students through their practice and into deeper states of self-love, interconnectedness and wholeness.

Steph Lepherd

Steph Lepherd

Steph grew up dancing from a very young age training in many styles. She has been overseas performing and upon arriving home she discovered her passion for pilates and embarked on a teaching journey. Pilates keeps the body moving and she loves how it continues down the path of strengthening all areas of the body and improving flexibility. Having a dancers background you’ll be mesmerised by her incredible form and elegance when she moves. She’s gorgeous inside and out!

Marilyn Simon

Marilyn Simon

Marilyn is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and loves sharing these beautiful practices to support others so they may help themselves. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to everybody, as she strongly believes that yoga truly is for EVERYBODY, regardless of body shape, age or fitness level. When not on the mat, you’ll find her working as a Veterinarian or walking in nature. Marilyn has the most beautiful gentle nature and you’ll be drawn to her energy.

Lauren is a yoga teacher and functional trainer with a huge passion for mindful movement. She believes in a holistic approach to health and supporting the body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You will discover a beautiful nurturing class where you will feel rejuvenated and refreshed after walking away from one of Lauren’s classes. Her love for the practice grows deeper every time she steps onto her mat. Lauren loves seeing her student’s also fall in-love with the practice in every class she teaches.

Kylie is a Pilates and Yin Yoga teacher. I love the balance between these two practices. Join me for an hour of breath focused movement. I will make you feel at home on the mat with a safe space to honor your body. I love that Pilates connects the mind, breath, core and heart and Yin teaches us the art of surrendering and slowing down.

Caity Erasmus

Caity Erasmus

Caity started teaching as a form of self healing and from that felt the calling to guide others on their path to healing. She loves to teach meditation, kids yoga, restorative yoga flow and yin yoga. Caity loves all kinds of music and is known to bring her crystal bowl into her classes. She’s also currently studying her masters of physiotherapy. We can’t wait for you to experience her incredible classes and gentle calming energy.

Roxy Widdas

Roxy Widdas

Roxy is passionate about childhood development, yoga and supporting children to develop the skills they can use throughout their life to support their well being. She has over 12 year experience working with children. Her kids yoga classes focus on connection, creativity and play. Roxy engages the children through breathing techniques, yoga, games, mindfulness and relaxation. Roxy also supports families through Nannying and runs her own business providing childcare at events.
