Banana Bread Recipe

Here’s my Banana bread recipe I made for women’s circle that everyones messages me for!

I love it because it’s super wholesome and gritty and quick and easy with minimum clean ingredients. I just stir it to combine to keep the gritty texture. But you can beat or put all ingredients in a blender/food processor/vitamix if you wanted it smoother and fluffier.


3 medium ripe bananas mashed
2 large eggs whisked
2 cups raw oats
1/4 pure maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon


Combine all ingredients.
Pour into loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Top to look pretty with slices of banana, sprinkle walnuts and spices.
Bake 30-35 mins 180 degrees til skewer comes out clean

Serve warm and fresh
Yummy next day popped in toaster til lightly crispy and golden served with pure butter
