Yoga and Pilates are both amazing and even if you only practice for one hour a week you will experience the benefits. The more times you practice will only heighten your benefits listed. Practicing regularly 3-6 times per week is recommended for you to see optimal results, however you need to do what fits in with your lifestyle and desired outcome from your practice. If you’re just starting do what fits in with your schedule first. Then you will probably find you’ll start to fall in love with the practice and naturally want to prioritise and increase the amount of times you attend weekly.
